Rash Guard Care

A well cared for rash guard keeps its shape, its stretch, and its colours for years of training. 4 steps are all it takes.

30°C (86°F) max

Machine wash, delicate cycle, inside out. Hot water wears out the elastane.

No fabric softener

Softener clogs the fibres: the fabric dries slower and holds onto odours.

Air dry

No tumble dryer, no radiator. It dries in a few hours on a hanger.

After the session

Don't leave the rash guard damp at the bottom of your bag: pull it out as soon as training ends and wash it the same day. It is the best protection against odours and mat bacteria.

What to avoid

No ironing over the print, no bleach, no dry cleaning. The design is printed into the fibre: it never cracks and never comes off in the wash, as long as the temperature stays low.
