GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE
1. INTRODUCTION

The following terms and conditions apply to all orders placed through our online store. Our online store is intended exclusively for consumers.
A "consumer" is defined as "any natural person who acts for purposes which do not fall within the scope of his commercial, industrial, craft, liberal or agricultural activity". A "professional" is defined as "any natural or legal person, public or private, acting for purposes relating to his commercial, industrial, craft, liberal or agricultural activity, including when acting in the name or on behalf of another professional".
The contract is a contract between you (consumer) and SASU AFFISEO ("Rashu"), Marseille. Detailed contact information and other information about Rashu is available on its website. These conditions apply only to you as a customer placing orders on this sales site.
1.B
You must be at least 18 years old to place an order via our website. In accordance with French law, Rashu does not accept credit purchases from persons under the age of majority. Rashu reserves the right to refuse or modify a customer's order (for example, if the customer has provided inaccurate personal data and/or if we deem the customer's credit history to be unreliable).

Rashu cannot be held responsible for stock shortages, inappropriate images or typographical errors on the website, errors in product descriptions or other technical specifications, incorrect or altered prices (e.g. reflecting variations in supplier prices or currency fluctuations). Rashu has the right to correct such errors and to modify or update information at any time. If an incorrect price has been entered for a product you have ordered, the customer will be informed as soon as possible and Rashu will wait until the customer has accepted the corrected price before shipping the order. Rashu declines all responsibility for information from third parties on its site.

The Web site and all its contents are the property of Rashu, and more generally of Sasu AFFISEO. All information is protected by intellectual property and marketing legislation. This means that trademarks, product names, company names, designs, images and graphics, presentations and information on products, services and any other content may not be copied or used without the prior written consent of Rashu.

2. CUSTOMER INFORMATION
2.A
When you place an order, you will be asked to provide personal information. You confirm that all information provided is correct and complete. You are responsible for any errors in the information provided. Information about Rashu's processing of personal data is set out in Rashu's Privacy Policy, which forms a central part of these terms and conditions.
3. CONTRACTS AND PRODUCT ORDERS
3.A
In order to place an order on the website, the customer must accept the general terms and conditions. By accepting these terms and conditions, the customer agrees to abide by them in their entirety and acknowledges having read all information relating to personal data and cookies, and also consents to their use in accordance with Rashu's privacy policy.
3.B
A purchase contract is officially concluded when Rashu has confirmed your order and you have received confirmation by e-mail. Rashu advises you to keep the order confirmation as the information on this document will be requested in the event of contact with Customer Service. The customer has the right to cancel the order until it has been confirmed by Rashu. If the order is cancelled, Rashu will refund any payment that you or your debit or credit card company may have made.
3.C
Rashu is a B2C company that sells to individuals when purchasing via the online store. Rashu can provide a receipt of payment with all products purchased, including VAT and customer information that was provided at the time of payment.
4. PRODUCT PRICES AND PAYMENT
4.A
The prices indicated on the website always apply to orders placed on the website. All prices are quoted in EUR and include VAT. Prices do not include payment and shipping costs. These are provided separately.
4.B
You may pay for your purchase in any manner specified on the website. Rashu is entitled to invoice you in connection with the order. Rashu also reserves the right not to offer all methods of payment at any time and to change the method of payment if the method of payment you have selected does not work. This applies, for whatever reason, at the time the order is processed. The limits of available payment methods are defined on the website.
5. SPECIAL OFFERS
5.A
Rashu may at any time make special offers on the website which may include more favorable conditions than those set out in these terms and conditions, for example with regard to payment or extended right of withdrawal. Such conditions will apply for the duration of the special offer and for the products offered by Rashu in connection therewith. Rashu reserves the right to withdraw such special offers at any time. In the event of termination or withdrawal of such a special offer, these terms and conditions shall continue to apply without modification. Offers on specific products on the website are only valid for a limited period of time and until the products are sold out.
6. SHIPMENT AND DELIVERY OF PRODUCTS

Products in stock are normally delivered within the number of working days indicated on the website. Unless otherwise agreed (e.g. when reserving products not in stock), delivery will be made no later than 30 working days after confirmation of the order by Rashu by e-mail. All further information on the delivery of any product by Rashu and the conditions of delivery can be found here. If you have not received your order within the promised timeframe, please first check that you have given us the correct information. If this is the case, please contact our Customer Service within 30 working days of placing your order and we will assist you.
6.B
The expected delivery time is described in the order confirmation and on the Delivery page of the website. Unless exclusively agreed otherwise, and if a delivery is delayed by more than 30 working days and this is not due to you as a customer, you have the right to cancel the purchase.
7. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
7.A
When purchasing products on the website, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal. This is in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation. This means that you have the right to cancel your purchase on the Rashu website upon simple request, within 14 days of receipt of the order by you or your representative (withdrawal period).
7.B
By accepting the terms and conditions, you acknowledge and accept that the right of withdrawal is not valid for digital content delivered other than on a physical medium.
7.C
To be eligible for a refund, the item must be in its original condition. The parcel must be packaged in exactly the same way as when you received it. We invite you to read our dedicated returns and refunds page to find out more.
7.D
If you use your right of withdrawal, you will have to pay return shipping costs. You are responsible for the condition of the product after receipt and during the return shipment. The product must be returned within 30 days of the date on which Rashu was notified of receipt. The product must be sent well packaged, in good condition and in its original box and/or packaging. All returns must be sent to Rashu in accordance with the methods and instructions set out on the website. 7.E
When you exercise your right of withdrawal, Rashu will refund the amount you paid for the product, including shipping costs. When the Customer makes use of his/her right of withdrawal, Rashu will reimburse the amount the Customer paid for the product, including shipping costs.
7.F
Rashu will refund the amount no later than 14 days from the date on which Rashu has received the Customer's notice of withdrawal. Rashu may, however, delay the refund until Rashu has received the product or the customer has provided proof that the product has been returned. Such proof may, for example, be in the form of a delivery certificate. Your refund will be made via the method of payment chosen at the time of ordering, unless prior agreement or obstacles to this refund have been given.

Any return of products by the customer shall be made, at the customer's sole expense, to the address indicated on the delivery slip. If you encounter any problems, please contact us directly at contact@rashu.fr or by using our contact form. Products must be returned in their original packaging and in perfect condition for sale as new.
The customer has the right to open the packaging delivered, provided this does not render the product unfit for sale. For reasons of hygiene, products must be returned unused, failing which reimbursement cannot be made and the right of withdrawal cannot be applied.
8. RIGHT OF CLAIM
8.A
The right of complaint applies to defective products in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation. If you wish to assert your right to claim for any product ordered, you must contact Rashu as soon as possible after discovery of the defect, using the contact details shown on the website.
8.B
Rashu will cover the cost of return for all approved complaints.
8.C
Once the product has been returned, for which a complaint has been made, and the complaint has been approved, Rashu will refund customers in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation. Rashu always endeavours to do this within 30 days of receipt of the complaint, but this may be delayed depending on the nature of the product. Rashu reserves the right to refuse any claim if the product, in compliance with applicable consumer protection legislation, proves not to be defective. In the event of complaints, Rashu complies with the guidelines provided by the National Council for Consumer Complaints or the corresponding authorities in other countries.
8.D
In the event of a dispute, and subject to compliance with the legal conditions, we will participate in a consumer mediation procedure. The Centre Européen des Consommateurs France is competent to provide you with information and to direct you to the appropriate body for the amicable resolution of disputes.
9. LINKS AVAILABLE ON RASHUELITE.COM
Rashu may provide links to other websites outside its control, and sites outside its control may provide links to the Website. Rashu always endeavors to ensure that Rashu only provides links to websites that have similar security and privacy provisions, in accordance with Rashu's Privacy Policy. However, Rashu is not responsible for the protection or privacy of any information or personal data provided by the customer on other sites. The customer should always exercise caution and read the personal data provisions applicable to the current website.
10. MODIFICATION OF TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Rashu reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes to these terms and conditions will be published on the website. The modifications become valid once the customer has accepted the terms and conditions, as part of a new purchase or while browsing the website, or 30 days after Rashu has informed the customer of the modifications. However, Rashu recommends that the customer regularly updates the website to keep abreast of any changes to the general terms and conditions.
11. FORCE MAJEURE
Rashu cannot be held responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond Rashu's control, for example: industrial action, changes in government orders, acts of war, fire, lightning, terrorist attacks, technical problems, failures in power / TV / computer or other communications and failures or delays in the provision of the service provided by subcontractors due to the above circumstances. Such circumstances shall result in relief from damages and other measures. Should such a situation arise, Rashu will inform its customers from the beginning to the end of the period corresponding to the current situation. If the situation has lasted for more than two months, customers and Rashu are entitled to cancel the purchase with immediate effect.
12. SEVERABILITY
In the event that any provision of this Agreement is held to be invalid or unenforceable by any court, authority or arbitral tribunal of competent jurisdiction, the remainder of such provision and all other provisions shall continue to be valid and enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law. Any provision found to be invalid or unenforceable will be superseded by the relevant legal guidance and advice.
13. APPLICABLE LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION
Any dispute will be settled primarily by agreement after discussions with Rashu's customer service department. In the event of a dispute, Rashu will abide by the rights of the French consumer.

To view your basket, click on the icon at the top right.
To finalize your purchase, simply validate your order.
Why have I not received an order confirmation by Email?
If you placed an order on Rashu but did not receive an order confirmation email, you may have provided an incorrect email address.
Please contact us using the contact form and we will update your order information so that you can receive your order confirmation.
How do I know if my order has been validated?
An email containing an order confirmation will be sent to the email address provided when ordering. If you have not received your order confirmation, please check your spam folder.
Please note that it may take up to 24 hours before you receive order confirmation. If you have checked your spam and waited 24 hours, but still have not received your order confirmation, we invite you to contact us via our contact form.
What happens if I provide bad information?
If you have provided incorrect information (such as shipping address, email address or telephone number, etc.), please contact our customer service as soon as possible so that we can change this information before sending you your order.
Unfortunately, if this information affects the delivery of your package and your order has already been shipped before you contact our Customer Service, as a customer you are responsible for any additional charges that may arise.
Can I modify my order after placing it?
We know you need your products quickly.
Unfortunately, we will not be able to make any changes to your order as it will have already been processed (usually within seconds).
How can I cancel my order?
Contact us as soon as possible via our contact form .
However, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to take the necessary measures before sending the package, as our preparation and shipping service is very fast.
Delivery and Returns
What should I do if my package is damaged or destroyed?
If your package and products were damaged upon arrival, please contact us as soon as possible providing photos of the package, as well as the damaged items.
You can do this via our contact form or send us an email to contact@rashu.fr in order to be treated as a priority.
As soon as we receive photos of your damaged package and products, we will process your request.
What should I do if I received incorrect items?
Please start by carefully checking your order confirmation to verify what you have ordered.
If you have not received the ordered items, please contact us.
What are the delivery times ?
We deliver all over the world. Our delivery times are as follows:
- In United Stated: 6 to 9 business days from the day following validation of your order.
- In France: 7 to 10 business days from the day following validation of your order.
- In the European Union: From 4 to 12 business days from the day following validation of your order.
- In the Rest of the World: From 10 to 21 business days from the day following validation of your order.
If you have not received your order within the stated delivery time, please first check whether you have provided us with the correct information.
If you have provided incorrect information, please contact our Customer Service within 30 business days of your order and we will assist you.
How much are the delivery costs?
We also offer free delivery on orders over €75 to the USA, France, Europe and French overseas departments.
For orders of €75 or less, please consult the delivery rates page.
How can I track the arrival of my order?
As soon as your order has been picked up by the shipping company, we will activate your tracking number, after which you will receive another email containing the tracking link.
If you do not receive your tracking link, please contact us via our contact form.
Can I return my products?
Obviously !
The most important thing is your satisfaction.
You have 30 days to return your products to us.
This period starts from the date of receipt of the ordered product or the arrival of the order at the collection point (cooling off period).
How do I return my products?
The package must be packaged in exactly the same way as when you received it.
To return an order within 30 days, please contact us via our contact form or directly to our email address contact@rashu.fr.
Return costs are your responsibility. The returns process can take up to 14 days from the moment you deliver your package to the collection point.
Once the return is received and processed, we will issue the refund and send you an email confirmation.
Please keep your return receipt as proof until you receive the confirmation email.
Is there a charge for returning products?
The return costs are actually your responsibility.
What happens if I don't collect my package?
We are of course on a case by case basis.
But for orders returned to us because the customer did not collect the package, we do not refund the order
Are there customs fees or taxes?
Destinations outside the EU may incur customs fees.
Find out about your country's laws regarding import charges, which are not up to us but are specific to each nation.
Rashu is not responsible for these additional charges.
If you refuse to pay these customs fees, no refund will be made.
All costs related to local regulations are entirely the responsibility of the customer.
These charges must be paid by the customer either to the delivery company or to the local authorities upon receipt of the order
