Compression Shirt

The Rashu compression tee is plain and understated: a small R or a tonal mark, nothing more. A base layer worn close to the body for training, strength work and conditioning, in the same fabric as our rash guards.

Compression top or rash guard?

It’s the same type of garment. In combat sports, it’s called a rash guard; in the gym, a compression top.

Does compression help with recovery?

Studies mainly point to improved comfort and a reduced perception of fatigue.

How do I choose the right size?

A combat garment should fit close to the body without restricting your breathing. Compare your measurements (chest, waist, hips) with the model’s size guide. Each product page includes model-specific sizing advice.

How should I wash it?

Machine wash at 30 degrees maximum, inside out, without fabric softener, then air dry. Do not tumble dry or iron the print. All our care advice: care guide.

Can I return it?

Yes: you have 30 days after delivery to send it back, unworn. Terms and timelines: delivery and returns.

Compression Shirt: the guide

Why choose a Rashu compression top?

A compression shirt hugs the body and supports the muscles during effort. At the gym, it wicks sweat, never flaps around, and lets you see your shoulder placement in the mirror.

The fabric

The fabric weighs 230 g/m², stretches 4 ways, with flat seams.

Short or long sleeve

For men and for women, in both lengths.

The print

The design is printed before the garment is sewn: the ink sinks into the fibre, so it won't crack or wash out.

Under a tee or alone

Worn alone during the session, or under a hoodie to warm up.

Getting the most from compression

For fighters

It's the same garment as a rash guard: see our MMA and BJJ rash guards.

The gym outfit

Tank tops, leggings, shorts.
