Are spats allowed under IBJJF no-gi rules?

For women, yes, worn alone or under shorts; for men, only under shorts. In both cases, they must be black, white, or a rank color: multicolored printed leggings are not compliant.

What size should I choose?

A combat garment should fit close to the body without restricting your breathing. Compare your measurements for chest, waist, and hips with the size guide for the style. Fits true to size with natural compression. Choose based on your waist and hip measurements.

How should I wash it?

Machine wash at 30 degrees maximum, inside out, without fabric softener, then air dry. Do not tumble dry or iron the print. All our care instructions: care guide.

When will I receive it?

Allow 7 to 10 days for tracked delivery. Delivery is $4.99, free from $80. Returns and size exchanges accepted within 30 days.

Can I return it?

Yes: you have 30 days after delivery to send it back, unworn. Terms and timelines: delivery and returns.
